FIRST-TIME VISITORS

Questions to Know Before Your First Visit

Q Can treatments be done entirely in English? Do I need an interpreter?
A
Yes — you're welcome to visit us without an interpreter.

Consultations and treatments are conducted in English, so you can share your concerns and goals directly, in your own words.

Because even subtle details can be communicated clearly, many patients tell us this puts them at ease.
Q How do I make a reservation? Can I book a same-day appointment?
A
We recommend booking in advance via LINE.

Please let us know your name, the treatment you're interested in, and your availability (including your dates in Korea and departure flight time), and we'll follow up with the details.

For peace of mind, we recommend booking at least one week before your visit.
Q What happens during my first visit?
A
After you arrive, we'll first ask you to remove your makeup (cleanser and makeup remover are provided).

We'll then go over your skin condition and concerns in a one-on-one consultation, and recommend a treatment plan tailored to your goals and skin condition.
Q Can I send a photo beforehand and find out which treatment would suit me?
A
We're sorry, but we're unable to provide a diagnosis based on photos alone.

An accurate recommendation requires an in-person assessment of your skin.
Q Is it okay to go sightseeing or keep other plans on the day of my treatment?
A
Downtime (swelling, redness, etc.) varies depending on the treatment, so we recommend avoiding strong sun exposure for a while afterward.

If you're having an injectable treatment in particular, we'd suggest building some flexibility into your travel schedule.
Q Can I book a consultation only? Is there a consultation fee?
A
Yes, consultation-only visits are available.

A consultation fee of KRW 88,000 applies.

Please feel free to reach out and book a consultation any time.
Q What payment methods do you accept? Is tax-free shopping available?
A
We accept both cash and credit card.

As of January 1, 2026, the VAT refund program for cosmetic medical procedures for foreign tourists has ended, and treatment and medical service fees are no longer eligible for a tax refund.

Tax-free shopping is available for cosmetics purchases only. International visitors may be eligible for a refund on qualifying cosmetics purchases above a certain amount by presenting their original passport.

Please ask our front desk for full details.

GENERAL FAQ

Most Frequently Asked Questions

Q How much do treatments cost?
A
We assess your skin condition and goals during your consultation and provide an individual quote from there.

If you have a budget in mind, letting us know in advance helps us plan more smoothly.
Q Do treatments hurt? Is anesthesia available?
A
Topical numbing cream is available for most treatments.

Pain tolerance varies from person to person, so please don't hesitate to let our staff know if you're concerned.
Q How long does downtime (swelling, redness, bruising) typically last?
A
This varies depending on the type of treatment.

With injectable treatments, bruising can last anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.

(Individual results may vary.)
Q How long until I see results? Is one session enough?
A
This depends on the treatment.

With pigmentation-focused lasers, many people notice a difference after just one session, while acne scars and enlarged pores tend to improve gradually over multiple sessions.

Continuing treatment on each visit to Korea tends to bring more noticeable results over time.
Q Can I have multiple treatments in a single visit?
A
Yes, this is possible.

Many patients combine several treatments in one visit to make the most of their limited time in Korea.

Feel free to discuss this with us during your consultation.
Q I'm worried about side effects. Is it safe?
A
We review your skin condition, medical history, and any allergies during the consultation before recommending a plan.

Redness, swelling, and bruising are usually just temporary reactions to treatment, but please contact us right away if you notice anything that concerns you.
Q Can I receive treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
A
Some treatments are suitable during this time, while others are best avoided.

(We generally don't recommend injectable treatments, including Botox, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.)

If you have any concerns, please let us know before your visit.

SKIN CONCERNS

Skin Concerns Q&A

Q I'm concerned about pigmentation and freckles. Can lasers remove them?
A
The right treatment depends on the cause of the pigmentation.

Regular pigmentation and freckles often respond quickly to treatments like Pico laser, while melasma is more sensitive to stimulation and needs to be treated carefully — typically with laser toning at a carefully calibrated intensity.

We always start by identifying exactly what type of pigmentation you have.
Q I'm concerned about acne scars and uneven texture. Can this be improved?
A
We combine treatments such as fractional laser, Excel V, BBL, skin booster (water-light) injections, and similar options, typically over multiple sessions, to gradually improve the skin.

Redness and hyperpigmentation-type scars tend to respond relatively quickly, while atrophic (pitted) scars generally require more sessions to see meaningful improvement.
Q I'm concerned about enlarged pores and sagging skin.
A
Pore concerns are often caused by a combination of factors, including oil production and reduced skin elasticity.

We combine treatments such as Potenza, fractional laser, skin booster injections, and skin-tightening procedures to create a plan tailored to you.

Depending on your skin condition, we may also add a peeling treatment such as Aqua Peel or Lala Peel.

We're also happy to advise on daily habits like moisturizing and sun protection.
Q I'm concerned about sagging cheeks and nasolabial folds.
A
There are several options, including thread lifts, hyaluronic acid fillers, and radiofrequency (RF) devices.

We'll recommend an approach based on the degree of sagging and your preferred downtime, after a thorough assessment of your skin and facial structure during the consultation.
Q My skin is sensitive and prone to redness. Can I still get treatment?
A
For sensitive skin, we recommend calming treatments such as LDM (a soothing ultrasound therapy), low-intensity laser toning, or other gentle, calming procedures.

Please be sure to tell us about your skin type and any past reactions beforehand.

We can also start you off with a low-stimulation treatment plan.
Q My skin is very dry, with flaking and peeling. What can help?
A
Moisture-boosting treatments such as skin booster (water-light) injections and Rejuran are popular options.

We'll also guide you on post-treatment moisturizing and sun care, so you can work toward long-term improvement in your skin alongside your treatment.

TREATMENT-SPECIFIC

Treatment-Specific Q&A

Q How long does it take to see results from facial-slimming or calf Botox?
A
Most people begin to notice results within 1–2 weeks, with effects generally lasting around 4–6 months.

(Individual results may vary.)

Bruising can occur at the injection site, so we recommend allowing some flexibility in your travel schedule.
Q What's the difference between water-light (skin booster) injections and Rejuran?
A
Skin booster injections use moisturizing ingredients like hyaluronic acid, while Rejuran uses a salmon-derived PN (polynucleotide) complex to support skin regeneration and elasticity.

Skin boosters tend to suit those concerned with dryness and dullness, while Rejuran is often better suited to those looking to improve overall skin quality and fine lines — but we'll tailor our recommendation to your skin during the consultation.
Q Who is a good fit for body-contouring treatments or the herbal-medicine diet program?
A
For localized body contouring, treatments like Body Onda, Body HIFU, and DCA fat-dissolving injections are popular choices.

For those also looking to improve overall constitution or manage appetite, our herbal-medicine diet program is well received.

Please note that mild, temporary bruising or muscle-soreness-like discomfort can occur after treatment.
Q What types of pigmentation lasers are available, and how do I choose?
A
We use a combination of treatments — including Pico laser, laser toning, and high-frequency fractional laser — depending on the depth of the pigmentation, whether melasma is present, and any accompanying pore concerns.

We'll assess your skin on the day of your visit and recommend the best combination for you.

AFTER YOU RETURN HOME

Aftercare Q&A

We often hear from international patients wondering what to do "once I'm back home," since aftercare can look a little different once you're no longer nearby. We've put together this section specifically to address those concerns.
Q If my treatment plan isn't finished by the end of my stay, what should I do once I'm home?
A
Many treatments are designed to build results over multiple sessions, so we recommend simply continuing on your next trip to Korea.

If you let us know your travel schedule in advance, we can design a plan that fits your available time.
Q If I have concerns about my skin after I get home, can I still reach out?
A
Yes — you're welcome to update us via LINE, and we'll do our best to advise you.

That said, since we're not able to examine your skin in person, we may recommend seeing a local healthcare provider depending on your symptoms.
Q What should I do if I experience unusual swelling, pain, or fever after I'm home?
A
Mild, temporary reactions like redness, slight swelling, or bruising usually settle on their own within a few days to a few weeks.

However, if you experience severe pain, fever, or signs of infection, please see a local healthcare provider as soon as possible — that should always come first. If possible, please also let us know what's going on so we can advise where we can.
Q Is there anything I should be careful about with my skincare routine once I'm home?
A
For a few days after treatment, we recommend avoiding excessive rubbing, saunas, alcohol, and strenuous exercise on the treated area.

Please pay extra attention to moisturizing and sun protection, and use any moisturizer or ointment we've provided according to the instructions given.
Q If I'd like the same treatment again next time, will my records be kept on file?
A
Yes — we keep detailed records of your treatments and the products used.

This makes it easy for us to recommend a continued plan on your next visit; just let us know your name and the approximate date of your last visit when booking.
Q If I'm prescribed medication back home, is it safe to combine it with my treatment?
A
Some medications, such as antibiotics, may need to be used with caution depending on the treatment involved.

If you're taking any medication before or after your treatment, please be sure to let us know in advance.
